Women in Engineering Scholars Programme

These are 5 attractive scholarships available to first-year undergraduate students. This University of Warwick scholarship awardee is offered additional mentoring and advice from within the University and the graduates. 

  • Benefits: £2,000 per year
  • Eligibility: Enrolling in an undergraduate engineering programme.

Career Counseling Scholarship

This is one of the University of Warwick’s postgraduate scholarships. It helps students develop their understanding and skills in career coaching. In the future, you will be able to integrate this understanding into your practice 

  • Benefits: Included in the UG engineering programme.
  • Eligibility: Enrolled in an undergraduate engineering programme.

Chancellor’s International Scholarship

This award offers overseas students with full tuition fees and a stipend in line with UK research guidelines. Students are needed to submit a relevant research proposal before they submit the application form.

  • Benefits: Up to £24,010, including a Maintenance Stipend
  • Eligibility: Commencing any Warwick PhD programme.

Department of Politics & International Studies Scholarship

This University of Warwick scholarship is aimed at every student who is applying for PhD in PAIS in October 2024. This encourages women who are underrepresented in this field to apply more. 

  • Benefits: £10,000 for two years
  • Eligibility: Commencing a PhD programme at the PAIS department

School of Law Master’s Scholarships

WMG Excellence Scholarship

These are for self-funded students only. They are only offered for study on full-time MSc programmes in the UK. These scholarships are meant to cover tuition fees only and cannot be paid in cash for accommodation or maintenance costs. 

  • Benefits: 25%-50% off tuition fees
  • Eligibility: Starting a full-time master’s programme.

University Of Warwick PhD Scholarships

The School of Modern Languages and Cultures (SMLC) at the University of Warwick invites applications for doctoral studies starting September 2024. The SMLC has excelled in various aspects, providing an enriching research environment.

These University of Warwick scholarship schemes start in the Autumn of 2024. The SMLC introduces comprehensive training covering academic resources, conferencing, public engagement, research proposals and more for all PhD students.

Application procedure:

  • Apply for admission by May 1, 2024.
  • Nominate academic referees via the Applicants Portal by May 1, 2024.
  • Upload a detailed research proposal.
  • Search for a supervisor in the School by specialism.
  • Fill out and submit the online application form for the SMLC scholarship by May 15, 2024.

For Offer-Holders:

  • If you applied for other funding sources, you may be considered for the SMLC award.
  • Confirm consideration by filling out the online form by April 20, 2023.
  • No need for new references, a full project description, or reapplying for admission.
